The staff were especially helpful and really helpful yet not intrusive. We ate at an excellent restaurant with excellent breakfast. The bed was comfortable, had large bathroom.

Every time we stay in Papallacta, we always choose to stay at Termas De Papallacta. The hotel has a wonderful location, and the staff are very friendly, making it a unique place to stay. We loved the extensive and delicious breakfast served in the restaurant.

The staff at Termas De Papallacta were incredibly friendly, efficient, and had a great sense of humor. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful area, with stunning views of the valley and the river. Plus, the one-hour guided hike offered many opportunities for beautiful photos and videos.

The facilities and amenities at Termas de Papallacta were outstanding. The private pools, extensive breakfast options, well-maintained hiking trail, and beautiful gardens were all highlights of our stay. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed for a truly relaxing experience. The thermal water pools were a particular highlight, and having the opportunity to enjoy them under the stars at 3:00am was a true adventure.

The remote location of the property was incredible and a major plus. Its proximity to Sendero de la Isla, just 2 miles away, was convenient for exploring the area.

Best part of the trip was the natural hot springs! The pools were clean and the garden was beautifully kept. The location offered peaceful calm atmosphere and we enjoyed hiking in the Amazonian zone close by. The service at the restaurant was great and we appreciated the availability of extra towels.
