Stunning gardens around the pools.
My experience was disappointing overall. The service in the restaurant was beyond awful. I waited 30 minutes for my dinner while my friends received theirs, and it was impossible to get our server’s attention for drinks or dessert. After repeatedly trying to flag them down, we ended up sharing food because I still hadn’t received mine. It felt like we were completely abandoned.

beautiful nature , but slightly remote
The mountain view from our suite was breathtaking , providing a perfect backdrop for our stay. We loved the variety of hiking trails available , each offering unique glimpses of the ecological reserve.
Although the location is stunning, it feels a bit isolated from other attractions.

Amazing hot springs getaway!
The thermal pools right at our door were awesome! After a long day hiking, we just jumped in and relaxed. The staff was super attentive, especially Fernando, who made our meals even better. Breakfast was great but dinner felt a bit pricey. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The hot springs are a real treat, conveniently situated just steps from the rooms and open 24 hours. The spa services offer therapeutic massages that hit the spot after an adventurous day.
Rooms can be chilly due to the mountain climate, and a few more blankets would really help. The walls are quite thin, so late-night noise from neighboring rooms can be disruptive, especially if you're trying to catch some sleep. Also, having no refrigerator in the room meant I had to rely on the front desk to store some essentials.

We explored the nearby countryside and indulged in the relaxing spa. The breakfast buffet was a great start to our days, and we loved the cozy atmosphere, especially by the fireplace. Don’t miss out on the delicious trout dish in the restaurant!
The only downside was that our room was a bit chilly at night, making it hard to get comfortable. A little more heating would have made a difference.

Oh, the breakfast buffet was a huge spread of deliciousness! Plus, the serene hot springs right outside your cabin make you feel like royalty—pure bliss! And let's not forget the stunning mountainous views that just take your breath away.
But here's the tea—charging for the spa pool after dropping big bucks for a suite just feels like a money grab. $18 for a burger? Seriously? Come on! At least the service mostly shines, despite a few hiccups.

The place offers a relaxing atmosphere with cozy rooms that make it a perfect escape from city life. Breakfast is a highlight, especially the homemade sweets, and staff is notably friendly and attentive. The warm baths provide a rejuvenating experience, but some pools can be too hot for comfort.
